Welcome to A.G.A.P.E. Prayer MinistryA.G.A.P.E. was founded in early 2002 for the prayer and encouragement of those involved in any and all aspects of the Christian Music Industry. Our purpose is to provide that encouragement through prayer for the artists, record labels, management, booking, the road crews, as well as their families. Our Prayer
Jesus, it is You that unite our hearts. Though we may not know each other on a personal basis, You bring to us the common bond of love that brings us all together as one family, created only by You. It is You who have made us one body, making each of us responsible for the well-being and encouragement of one another. You have made it impossible for one member to work properly without the others working along side doing what we were each designed to do. May we walk in obedience to what that purpose and plan might be.
Holy Spirit, we ask that You would breathe Your life, love, mercy, and grace on us. May those that are the "feet" walk with sure and steady steps, having the assurance that You have went before them, carving out their path. May those that are the "hands" be given the strength to encourage, lift up, and support those around them. More than anything, may we set out to purposefully serve, encourage, and love one another well.
Thank You that You pursue and call us to Your side, Lord. May we be ever-mindful it is by nothing we have done, are doing, or ever will do that causes You to choose to love us, but it is simply because of Your mercy and grace that You love us in spite of ourselves. We truly love, adore and lift up Your name, Jesus. May it never be for our selfish desires, but may it forever and always be as You wish.
