History and Vision of Agape 

Back in early 2002, what started with 2 friends beginning to pray together for general prayer needs, (i.e. jobs, families, and just random personal needs) through time, and other events, evolved into a vision that neither could imagine at the time. In December of 2002, as the vision progressed, it became a passion to be a support and encouragement to those in our CCM community that have so readily been an encouragement to so many of us. The willingness of so many of our brothers and sisters to make sacrifices with their families, and other personal matters, to walk in obedience to the calling that Christ has placed on their lives, has brought many of us to the place to seek out a way to best serve, encourage and love them, and to be the "hands" that lift them up as they travel and are the "feet" that reach places most of us probably would not have opportunity to go. We have grown past the 2 women who originally began praying in 2002, and continue to grow daily. It is our purpose with AGAPE to live our part in the body of Christ to compliment their role in this vast journey we are all traveling together. Most importantly, we are a community of believers that long only to live Jesus' example the best way we know how in encouraging, serving, and loving one another well.

It is our desire that each ministry represented knows that on a daily basis that they are lifted up and covered in prayer by their brothers and sisters in Christ.
